Just back from Turkey where I facilitated a workshop with a Oxfam, HIVOS, and IWPR consortium project working with Women on the Frontlines.  These are groups working in conflict regions just trying to make life better for women and people in general.  Whether its working in refugee camps, trying to shine lights on gender violence, or trying to provide psycho-social support to victims of human trafficking, these women and men are inspirational.  Hats off to the consortium for supporting this important work, and my admiration to the activists who rise above the politics and look humanity square in the eye.  I cannot find the words to express how humbled I am before such courage and commitment.
