As part of its support to the Ante Raeda programme (implemented by the Institute for War and Peace Reporting and funded by the Government of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland), BCI created a basic toolkit to guide civil society organisations in their day-to-day management and development.  The toolkit is the result of a series of training and mentoring sessions conducted by BCI for the programme in 2018 and 2019.  Subject matters in the toolkit represent fundamental organisational conditions for nascent civil society or community-based organisations. The toolkit accompanies training videos on the same topics, also developed for the Ante Raeda programme.
