Governance Consulting
Elected representatives and government members in transitional situations often have too many political priorities to deal with, and not enough time for the foundational planning and organising that is essential. Our team has transition experience and knows how to effectively balance the political priorities with establishing good practice. The BCI team works with new members of parliament and government to develop strategic communications, workplans, and ensure staff are equiped with the skills to support their principal.
