A comprehensive evaluation of Jordan’s decentralization law’s implementation, in partnership with the direct stakeholders to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the law and the challenges that members of the Governorate Councils (GCs) face during the implementation of their tasks.  Includes results of focus groups, interviews with key stakeholders a a comparative legal review.
