BCI’s Arabic-language training videos for civil society organisations
With funding from the UK government and in partnership with the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR), Binda Consulting International prepared training companion videos for use by civil society organisations (CSOs).
The videos, in Arabic, are adapted from trainings BCI delivered to participants in IWPR’s Ante Raeda (You are a Pioneer) program. They are companion pieces that these and other CSOs can utilise in their training. Sustainability is at the core of the Ante Raeda project, and ensuring participants have to tools to continue their work is an important part of that.
Training for the sake of training should never be the end goal. Ensuring that organisations are equipped to share new knowledge and skills with internal and external audiences has the greatest potential for impact. Impact comes as a consequence of applying knowledge and skill. English subtitles are available on all videos.
بتمويل من حكومة المملكة المتحدة وبالشراكة مع معهد صحافة الحرب والسلم، قامت مؤسسة بندا للاستشارات الدولية بإعداد فيديوهات معززة للتدريب لاستخدامها من قبل مؤسسات المجتمع المدني. تم إعداد الفيديوهات، باللغة العربية، بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الدورات التدريبية التي تم عقدها للمشاركين في برنامج أنتِ رائدة الذي ينفذه المعهد. وهي فيديوهات مساعدة يمكن لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني استخدامها في تدريباتها، حيث أن مبدأ الاستدامة هو في صميم مشروع أنتِ رائدة، وضمان مشاركة الجميع في الأدوات اللازمة لمواصلة عملهم هو جزء مهم كذلك. التدريب من أجل التدريب يجب ألا يكون الهدف النهائي أبداً؛ فضمان أن المؤسسات جاهزة لتبادل الخبرات والمهارات الجديدة مع جماهيرها الداخلية والخارجية ستحقق أثراً أكبر، حيث يأتي التأثير كنتيجة لتطبيق المعرفة والمهارة.
