The BCI team has been in Papua New Guinea for the last two weeks, implementing capacity programs for the National Democratic Institute (NDI).  One of the activities included facilitating a discussion among political parties competing in the 2017 elections.  Parties discussed the triggers of violence in elections and were united in their commitment to mitigate election-related violence.
